Return Policy

Returns Policy

We have every confidence that you'll be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sizing may not always be perfect. In such cases, we're pleased to offer returns for Store Credit.

Return Requirements

  • Your return MUST be Requested within 7 days of receiving your package (date it was delivered to you). 

  • Items MUST be unworn, and unwashed.

  • Items MUST be free from make-up, deodorant stains, and animal hair.

  • Items MUST be free from cigarette smoke odor (if anyone in your household smokes, we can NOT accept the items back), perfume, febreeze, or any other odor. 

  • Items MUST have Tags attached AND/OR be in their original packaging.


Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • All Non-Clothing Products

  • Discounted/Sale/ + Clearance Products

  • Gift Cards

  • Affiliate Orders

Returns are limited to 6 items per customer every 6 months. If you're having an ongoing issue trying to figure out your correct sizing, please reach out to us prior to ordering. We would be happy to assist you. 



Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.


Store Credit:

You will receive an electronic gift code (store credit) for the purchase price once your return has been processed. 

The electronic gift code will be emailed to the email address we have on file for you. Gift Card is good for 90 days from date of issue.

If you used Afterpay to pay for your order and you return any part of that order, please know that payments will still continue with Afterpay until it is paid off. 



As we frequently refresh our inventory to bring you the latest and greatest products, we unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. We do not hold items, which means we cannot guarantee availability of a specific item by the time your return reaches our warehouse. If you need a different size, we suggest placing a new order for that item (or any other item) once your return has been processed and store credit has been issued. 



Your return MUST be Requested within 7 days of receiving your package (date it was delivered to you). 

You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back at your expense via the carrier of your choice. 


Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a damaged product, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

If it has been longer than 7 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed, it becomes ineligible for replacement.
